2. Products & Fulfillment

All Blade Union products are made on demand and fulfilled by our third-party production partner, Printful. Because each item is custom-produced at the time of order, we do not hold inventory. This means:

  • Products are produced after your order is placed
  • Minor variations in color, print placement, or texture are inherent to the on-demand printing process and do not constitute defects
  • Production typically takes 2–5 business days before an order ships

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. The price charged at the time of your order is final.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store payment information on our servers.

Ownership of products passes to you only after full payment has been received and confirmed.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and sent to production, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully — including size, product selection, and shipping address — before completing checkout.

If you believe an error was made, contact us immediately at [your support email]. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in production.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available at checkout depending on your location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing errors
  • Replacements or refunds are offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Blade Union and its fulfillment partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
