How It Works
Every Blade Union order is made on demand and fulfilled by our production partner. Here’s what to expect:
Production Time: Most orders take 2–5 business days to produce before they ship. This is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time: Once your order ships, domestic US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking: Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, DHL, or a comparable carrier depending on your location.
⚠️ Important: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period past your estimated delivery date, reach out to us at [your support email] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll work to make it right.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us.
Our Policy
Because every item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing errors. We strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering.
